Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Claim Window
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Hygiene Restriction
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
